Mr. Menzi Ngomane is a qualified Civil Engineer and the visionary founder of Procivils Engineering, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and civil engineering industry.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), a BSc in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Eswatini (UNISWA), and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from SGI.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ngomane has been actively involved in the design, supervision, and management of infrastructure projects across Eswatini — including roads, retaining walls, irrigation systems, drainage structures, and residential developments.

Driven by a passion for excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth, he founded Procivils Engineering to bridge the gap between technical precision and real-world reliability. His leadership philosophy centers on integrity, quality workmanship, and empowering local talent to deliver engineering solutions that stand the test of time.
